Just announced! The long awaited Sony Playstation 3 will be released to the United States on November 17, 2006. Start saving your pesos, because this puppy will cost you $499 or $599 depending on how much hard drive space you want.
The PS3 will be able to play high definition games, Blu-Ray DVD movies, memory sticks, media cards, and lots more media. That means, you’ll be able to watch your home movies and view your digital photos on the Playstation. You don’t have to be a gamer to own one of these.
You can bet this family will have to get one soon. My generation started out with Pac-man and Space Invaders. Kalani will get to play Metal Gear Solid 4 and Vision Gran Turismo. What a nice time to be born.

I forgot to mention that it will have FREE online service. Frag for Free. Notice the controller looks the same. It’s lighter, because it doesn’t have the “rumble” feature anymore. But, it is wireless and it has a motion sensor! Remember, Ann, when you were playing Gran Turismo and you were leaning to the right and left to turn the car? Now, when you lean or turn the controller—it turns! You won’t look like weirdo anymore.
