Well, in the Philippines, M.I.L.F. stands for “Moro Islamic Liberation Front”, which is a rebel Muslim separatist group. Check out the wiki here. In America, a milf is “Mother I’d Like (to) Fuck”, a gross urban slang meaning, mothers who still look good enough, well, to have sex with. There’s a more detailed definition at Urban Dictionary.
